An 87 year old man is in the intensive care unit of Nicosia Hospital with serious injuries after a traffic collision in Strovolos.
Police said the collision occurred a little before midday yesterday on Archangelos Avenue.
Under conditions which are being investigated a car driven by an 83 year old collided with a moped driven by the 87 year old .
He was taken to Nicosia Hospital where he was diagnosed with head and other injuries and has been intubated.
