A fire broke out yesterday afternoon in a vehicle parked in the parking area of the Race Club in the Agios Pavlos area of Nicosia province.
Two fire trucks from the Paphos Gate Fire Station responded, and the fire was brought under control at 17:38. The vehicle suffered extensive damage from the fire and heat.
An adjacent parked vehicle also suffered damage from the fire. Following an investigation into the cause of the fire, in collaboration with the Police, it was determined that the fire was caused by arson.
