The investigation reveals that the Forest Department sent legally binding terms of environmental approval to the consultants so that these terms could be incorporated into the final construction plans.
The final construction plans were not presented to the ad hoc Committee for the Special Ecological Assessment.
Based on the above, the Government Council is expected to make decisions on the implementation of corrective and remedial measures where necessary.
