The Paphos Police proceeded with the arrest of an individual in connection with the case of arson that occurred maliciously in the early hours of Tuesday on a vehicle parked in a car garage in the industrial area of Agia Varvara in the province of Paphos.
According to Assistant Police Director of Operations in Paphos, Michalis Nikolaou, the arrested individual is the owner of the vehicle, while the police are also seeking another person in relation to the same case, against whom an arrest warrant has been issued.
The vehicle was completely destroyed by the fire. Investigations into the case are ongoing by the Paphos Criminal Investigation Department.
