Ingredients:
Various leafy greens
Finely chopped beetroot
Spinach
Walnuts
Dried figs
Cranberries
Cherry tomatoes
Slices of Halloumi
Olive oil
Carob Honey
Sesame
Method:
Step 1:
Cut the haloumi into thin strips, pour 3 tablespoons of carob honey, sprinkle with sesame and place in the oven to caramelize.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, prepare the salad by chopping the greens, figs walnuts and the other ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix olive oil, a little vinegar and drops of carob honey and salt pepper.
Step 4:
Put the haloumi over the salad and pour the sauce.
