- 2 cups watermelon without pits, cut in cubes
- 2 spoons honey
- 2 spoons strained yoghurt
- 2 cups ice cubes
Place the watermelon in the freezer for 3-4 hours or one night to freeze well.
Then put it in the blender along with honey and yoghurt.
Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the ice and grind again. Serve immediately.
