Limassol Assize Court on Monday sentenced to six and three years, respectively, two women, aged 35 and 23, for manufacturing crystal meth.
The two women, plus three men, were arrested in the coastal city in connection with the unprecedented case back in June.
The three arrested men who have not been convicted yet are aged 31, 26 and 27.
The two women had pleaded guilty to the attempt to create a meth lab in Cyprus.
The Assize court said, amongst other, that the 35-year-old woman was playing a key role in the setting up of the lab.
