People of every age from all around Cyprus come together to have fun, celebrate Halloween and support a very good cause.
The Autumn Festival Halloween Festival is organized by “Inspired Family Fun” for the 3rd year and the aim is to support the Karaiskakion Foundation by donating part of net proceeds.
When we’re talking about wrapping up warm, cozy throw blankets in front of the rainy window, hot beverages and the shedding of the trees, then we definitely talking about Autumn. Autumn is most probably the coziest season and It has been marked as the transition from Summer to Winter, when the duration of daylight becomes noticeably shorter and the temperature cools considerably. It is the time where every place is dressed in gold brown colors, just like a beautiful painting!
Halloween is a celebration observed in several countries in the last days of October, and is dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed. Halloween festival activities usually include trick-or-treating, attending Halloween costume parties, decorating carving pumpkins, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing, divination games, playing pranks, visiting haunted attractions and telling scary stories.
