Yumi has opened its doors a few weeks ago and it is completely dedicated to Japanese cuisine. The ambience is warm and the décor full of earth colours. This is where you will try popular dishes, such as a variety of sashimi, different kinds of rolls like Rainbow maki sushi, tempura maki, yakimono tataki, and a row of Yumi nigiri special. There are also cooked dishes such as black cod with a special miso sauce, duck in Yumi sauce and grilled rib eye with a Japanese sauce. On Tuesday evenings there is a slightly different menu, with Sushi Night offering a rich and value-for-money platter for two persons. The next deal at Yumi has to do with drinks, cocktails to be exact. After 11pm, lights are dimmed, music volume goes up, and the bar takes centre stage with signature as well as classic cocktails. Going to Yumi for drinks after work is definitely a good idea, since it opens at 5pm and all drinks are 20% off. Closed on Sundays.
