The buzz is as important as the food at Quattrino, a warm and family friendly restaurant in Nicosia. As its name suggests (Quattrino means dough in Italian), this spot serves anything Italian made with dough such as pasta, pizza, stuffed pasta and calzone all made with quality raw materials sourced from Italy, from the Napoli Caputo flour to the organic Italian tomatoes. It’s only been a month since its opening, but it already has a loyal clientele since it’s the only authentic Italian restaurant in town to also offer take away and delivery services. Try the pasta with porcini in tomato sauce and the truffle ravioli with spinach and ricotta in tomato and basil sauce. The pizzas and the cannelloni are also noteworthy. Open daily from 7pm to 11pm.
