Café Mercedes was moved to a brand new location in the area of Ledra Palace this summer. Open daily, from 7 pm until the very early hours of the morning, the bar-restaurant presented its new menu, which was edited by the well-known Cypriot chef Andreas Andreou and that follows the logic of pintxos, i.e. the Spanish version of appetizers. Out of these we have distinguished the highly refreshing Poke Salmon Salad, with salmon tartar, dashi sushi rice, avocado, cucumber, radish, coriander, lime, crispy panko and dressing with sesame. Equally interesting is the decoration of Marios Itsis, with colourful lamps, comfortable sofas and floral fabrics
