The team of Chef Nouveau Catering has opened a cute restaurant in Nicosia. At Cook Shop, you can enjoy wonderful dishes from European cuisine, made with art and lots of love. This period, some of the choices are: salads with arugula (salad rocket), apples, oranges, walnuts and melted camembert cheese in a berry sauce, creamy penne with commandaria sausage (cured by the restaurant), goat cheese, spinach and cherry tomatoes, Norwegian salmon in mustard sauce and tarragon herbs, and authentic beef lasagna in Neapolitan style. As you leave for home, don’t forget to buy sun dried tomatoes, marinated olives, feta cheese with herbs, sausages, bacon, and freshly baked bread. There is also a selection of five meals prepared fresh daily. And here’s a tip: now through February, they serve excellent warm wine with spices.
