Last year’s addition to the Four Seasons Hotel was the Seafood Bar, near Vista Terrace, offering a magnificent view of the infinite blue. Open during the summer months ( it is now open), the impressive menu includes a choice of sushi and nigiri that the chefs make in front of you, fresh oysters and other creations with fish and seafood.
