With talented chef Savvas Savva on board, every dish is made using locally produced ingredients and guarantees a culinary experience to remember. The new a la carte menu includes the Black Angus Beef Carpaccio marinated with truffle oil, parmesan slivers and fresh strawberries, crispy cress salad and truffle vinaigrette. Another noteworthy dish is the Miso-Marinated Black Cod Fillet. Enjoy your meal with one of their signature cocktails, some of their best include the Red Carpet with mastic, ginger and strawberry tea and the Puerto Rico with vodka, yogurt and coconut. For dessert try the raspberry frangipane crust, raspberry and vanilla cream, Italian meringue and forest fruits sorbet and the Hazelnut Passion made with hazelnut mousse, passion cream and hazelnut brownies.
