Coya in Limassol brings the Nikkei unique experience in Cyprus, the cuisine developed by Japanese immigrants in Peru serving a mixture of Japanese, Spanish and Peruvian cuisine. The menu includes flavours from Peru such as Peruvian beers, pisco (national drink in Peru and Chile) used to make a range of cocktails such as the Pisco Sour and aji peppers.
