The top Chinese restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel, Seasons Oriental, has been awarded the Golden Hats 2019, in the Top Notch category and just opened its doors to the public on 1st of July.
Now we will have the opportunity to enjoy our favourite dishes again, which for years have been holding the specter in the field of Asian cuisine, in the highly aesthetically pleasing interior of the space or on the beautiful terrace, overlooking the beautiful lake with Koi fish.
The extensive menu constitutes a gastronomic journey into classic Cantonese Hong Kong style flavours, with two set menu options. The Seasons Oriental Menu includes deep-fried tiger prawns, Hong Kong style sautéed beef tenderloin and wok-baked tiger prawns, while the Emperor’s menu we can find steamed lobster dumplings and Cantonese style sizzling veal.
The Colors Café has just come back, which we now enjoy their coffee, drinks and creative ice creams, has also been renovated in a new area around the pool.
The Four Seasons Hotel will reopen on 1st of August.
