Tsalapatis winery, Polemi village, Paphos district. Grape: Lefkada, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mataro. Rose dry 2021. Alc. 13%.
Colour: pink gold. Nose: peach, red berries, vanilla, earthy notes. Palate: bright complex fruits start; round in the mouth, medium body, moderate acidity. Long warm aftertaste with a bucket of berries.
Nice Cypriot Rose with rich taste and excellent balance. Pair: Italian foods, fish, paella, soft cheese. 3,9 out of 5. Very limited edition.
