Ingredients
- 200gr. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 125gr. butter at room temperature
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 large egg (separate the egg yolk)
- 1 scoop vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of orange peel
Method
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. In the mixer, beat the butter with 4 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla at a high speed until it becomes a creamy mixture. Add the yolk and continue hitting. Pour the dry ingredients, zest and stir.
Step 2:
Shape the dough into the shape you want or cut in various shapes. Place the cookies on sheets coated with non-stick labels. Spread them with egg white and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar.
Step 3:
Garnish top with fruit glace or almonds. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Allow them to cool.
