Ingredients
- 600-700 gr. pork
- Sunflower oil or corn oil
- 4 ripe avocados
- 100 ml (6 ½ tablespoons) soy sauce
- 15-20 fresh onions
- 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of wasabi paste
Method
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Add the meat with a little oil and salt. Put it on a baking pan and bake for about 1 hour until it has browned.
Step 2:
In the meantime, peel the avocados and melt them well with a fork, adding soy sauce until it becomes a smooth purée. Cover and keep aside.
Step 3:
Dissolve the wasabi paste in rice vinegar. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and wither the evenly cut fresh onions, turning them until they get some color. Add the wasabi in rice vinegar and remove the pan from the fire. Serve the onions with their sauce on the bottom of the platter, put the meat over and accompany it with the mashed avocado.
