Poulles with peppers and mustard seeds

Peel the poulles without washing them at all. Wash and dry the peppers and remove their ends. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil, the mustard seeds and the salt and mix them well. Spread the ingredients in an ovenproof dish and cook at medium heat (180°C) until they soften.
1kg poulles (young taro)
½kg peppers
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
