Ingredients:
2 cups mixed green leaves
1 pineapple, clean cut into cubes
2 chicken fillets cooked
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
For the dressing:
3 tablespoons of mustard seed
1/3 cup olive oil
½ teaspoon of apple cider
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and pepper
Method
Step 1:
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a container and stir well until it mixes.
Step 2:
Serve the salad leaves on a platter, put the pineapple, chicken and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3:
Pour the dressing.
