Ingredients for 4-6 servings
-2 packages of halloumi- stuffed ravioli (2x400gr.)
-1 cup grated cheese + 2 slices of edam/ cheddar/gouda cheese
-5-6 ham slices
-1 tin of sliced mushrooms
-fresh cream (250ml)
-1 vegetable broth
-salt
Directions:
– Fill a pan with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once it’s at a full, rolling boil, put salt and ravioli and cook for 10-12 minutes. Leave for 2-3 minutes and drain, while keeping only 1/3 of the cup of broth.
-Preheat the oven at 180°C. At the same time, cut the cheese and ham slices into very small pieces.
-Wash the mushrooms and drain.
-Put ravioli into an ovenproof pan and add cheese, ham, mushrooms and then stir. Dissolve fresh cream in the 1/3 of the cup of broth you’ve kept before. Then, spread to ravioli.
-Scatter over a couple of handfuls of grated cheese, cover the pan with aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
-Remove the foil and keep baking for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
-Enjoy!
