Ingredients

100 gr salmon cut in cubes
½ egg white
½ teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
20 leaves of coriander
3-4 tablespoons sesame

Method
Step 1:
Mix all the soup ingredients in a mixer or a blender and store the mix in a refrigerator.
Step 2:
Prepare the salmon patties: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the salmon, egg white, ginger, coriander, salt and pepper in a blender or a mixer.
Step 3:
Spread the mixture into 4 balls and wrap them in sesame. Then pass them on skewers and bake them in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Serve the cold soup in 4 cups or bowls and accompany it with the salmon patties.
