Chicken gyros

10 chicken thighs (without bone)

1 teaspoon sumac

1 teaspoon tandoori mix

1 teaspoon of oregano

½ teaspoon of melted garlic

6 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Salt and pepper

For serving: Pittas

French Fries



Step 1: 

Cut the chicken thighs into thin strips, about ½ cm thick.

Step 2: 

Place the chicken in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients and mix. At the same time, preheat the oven at 190-200 ° C.

Step 3: 

Wash the chicken and place in a pan or deep dish and cook for about 15 ‘.

Step 4: 

Stir with a spoon and put the mix back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

To serve:

Heat the pittas in the oven, spread a little tzatziki on them, put the gyros and the fries and wrap them.
