We decided to prepare a variety of options for Sunday lunch, as far as fish is concerned! So, don’t forget to check them out before your next family excursion!

Magiopoula restaurant combines fresh seafood, traditional recipes and a modern environment in order to create an exceptional culinary experience. You can order fish meze at €24 per person, or enjoy more sophisticated dishes such as orange sea bass fillet: the orange flavor coming through subtly with the fish! Captain’s Table

The fact that it belongs to one of the best restaurants in Cyprus, awarded with the International Restaurant Quality Award in 2014, is itself a reason to visit. Classy, with a Mediterranean background, the restaurant is situated in the heart of the Zygi marina since 2002. At Captain’s Table you can enjoy delicious meze at at €25 per person, or amazing fish platters such as Captain’s Love Plate that includes, among others, lobster, squid, cuttlefish, shrimps and mussels, complemented by rice and the restaurant’s authentic sauce.

Kalamies Beach Restaurant

This lovely restaurant which has been popular with seafood lovers since 1976, overlooks a pretty bay, with a small domed white chapel standing on the cliff top! At Kalamies, you can find a variety of delicious dishes to choose, including oysters, steamed mussels, seafood linguine and lobster, where there are over 20 different fish choices, all cooked to perfection!

Puesta Oyster Bar & Grill

Zephyros Beach Tavern

Zephyros tavern, located on the coast heading towards Mackenzy Beach, is one of the most famous joints in Cyprus. The fish here is provided fresh, daily from local fishermen in the region. Here you can enjoy fresh mullet, kalamari, prawns, sea bream or sea bass, with s a range of salads and appetizers..  Classic meat dishes are also available for those who are not keen on fish.
