The Cyprus Sports Organisation (KOA/CSO) has launched a campaign titled ‘Stay home and work out’ featuring five videos with exercises for everyone.
The campaign aims to promote exercise at home during the lockdown period.
The videos are suitable for all ages, the Organisation said in its announcement, and the exercises are demonstrated by its own trainers.
The first video is addressed to preschool children, the second to school children, the third is for men and women, the fourth for the elderly and the last one for people with disabilities.
