What is Agile

Agile is a culture, an iterative customer-centric development approach that aims to maximize the value provided. Agile is an approach under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams and their customer(s)/end user(s). It advocates adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change.

Innovation is part of the agile culture of an organisation. Employees move forward, learn and become more experts and wiser by experimenting various solutions and ideas and by retrospecting them after a certain period of time by reflecting the reality they are able to improve. Agile approach is a team effort and not an individual, there is minimal bureaucracy, flat and not hierarchical that speeds up the decision making no matter the size of the organization. Lately many countries/governments implement the agile approach such as U.S.A., France, UK, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore and Denmark.

For joining the mini conference a registration is required. You can book your free ticket from the website www.startupsandagile.com
