There’s been a long time since I enjoyed such a rich meal. Young chef Stephanos Zacharyan took over the reins of Skinny Foxe’s kitchen and impressed is with his new dishes. Try the handmade lobster wontons stuffed with lobster meat, dashi sauce and carrot puree, the mushroom tortelloni, also handmade with a variety of mushrooms, mascarpone cheese, truffle, celeriac puree, foam sauce, grilled cheese and peas, and the pork tenderloin. It is a savory, savory fish, with rice, pines, chestnut, apple jam and seasonal vegetables. you will worship every bite. Do not leave without tasting the chef’s great desserts.
The dark chocolate mousse with praline chocolate and pineapple / ginger / lime ice cream is a great combination! Also, the almond sponge cake with strawberries and white chocolate accompanied with a scoop of strawberry was literally delicious! Wash the down with a French red Haut-Medoc wine from the Chateau d’Arvigny! Every time I leave this place I realize that food never disappoints you.
