Award-winning chef Andreas Andreou proposes for starter a salad with wild greens of the season along with smoked potatoes and a yoghurt dip. The sequel is impressive, with two-tone cannelloni or cuttlefish ink or turmeric, shrimp, lobster and tomato jam. The refined flavours characterize your main course with corvina fish and stuffed dolma with lobster drizzled with cocoa sauce. From the dessert menu keep the two black and white options, the chocolate mousse based on praline and the Cypriot white chocolate mahalepi.
