REInvest: The Evolution of Antonis Loizou & Associates

Resolute Asset Management, a leading global asset manager and advisor on real estate and real estate-backed loans, announces the completion of the acquisition of Antonis Loizou & Associates and the launch of the new company REInvest (www.reinvest.com.cy).

The new company focuses on the sale and management of properties and projects in the Cypriot market, as well as in other European markets where the Group operates.

REInvest’s conception started in 2018 when Resolute Asset Management acquired the majority share of Antonis Loizou & Associates.

This move was the result of the realization that the local industry was in need for state-of-the-art services in the field of asset monetization, property, and project management, servicing both institutional and retail clients. REInvest is the product of this acquisition.

It is worth mentioning that Antonis Loizou & Associates made its mark in the local real estate market, servicing for decades retail clients, corporate and institutional investors, offering an array of services, focusing on the general field of sales and property valuations.

Mr Alexis Thomas, Partner and Country Head of Resolute Asset Management in Cyprus commented: “REInvest was formed to address the immediate need of the market for managing the large volume of properties being acquired by financial institutions and other credit acquiring companies, as part of their loan workout and deleveraging efforts. REInvest’s vision is to offer dynamic solutions to both institutional and retail clients  that involve best in-class custodianship and agency services for all types of properties  driven by modern practices and leading data and technology solutions.”

REInvest’s service portfolio includes sale, rental and management of properties, as well as turnkey execution and oversight for projects of all sizes.

Finally, Mr Thomas mentioned that REInvest’s goal is to become a leader in the field by transforming the current services into an upgraded portfolio of solutions, while capitalizing their high professional standards, vast experience, and advanced technological know-how.
