Police in Cyprus fined 92 individuals and one establishment over the past 24 hours for violation of measures aiming to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The force had carried out a total of 8,302 inspections all across Cyprus, according to CNA.
In Nicosia, out of 2,288 inspections 23 individuals were booked, and in Limassol 38 people got fines after 1,247 inspections.
In Larnaca, after 1,265 inspections 11 people were fined and after 1,160 inspections in Paphos 7 individuals and one establishment got fines.
In Famagusta, 10 people were fined after 1,227 inspections and no one was booked in Morphou after 722 checks.
Finally, Port and Marine Police carried out 36 inspections and fined no one.
