A young manĀ found early on Wednesday morning in the car park of an Ayia Napa apartment block is in critical condition at Famagusta General Hospital.
Police said that the young man was picked up by ambulance around 4.30 am and taken to hospital. Doctors have described his condition as extremely critical.
First reports said the man was a non-Cypriot.
Police are investigating.
