Wednesday morning will see intervals of mainly fine weather but also periods of cloud and scattered showers, while snow or sleet is possible in the highest Troodos peaks.
The weather will become mainly fine from noon on. Winds will be strong to very strong. Temperatures will be 17 C inland, around 19 C on the south coast, 18 C on remaining coasts and 6 C in the mountains.
Temperatures tonight will fall to 7 C inland, around 9 C on the east and southeast coasts, around 13 C on remaining coasts and close to zero in the higher peaks where there will be frost. Frost is also possible in other mountain areas.
On Thursday there will be intervals of mainly fine weather and intervals of cloudy skies, with temperatures remaining at close to average for the time of year. Some scattered showers are expected on Friday and there may be snow or sleet in the higher Troodos peaks.
Saturday will mainly fine and temperatures will edge up a little in the west and mountains to a little higher than average for the time of year, remaining average for the time of year in remaining areas.
