The Ministry of Health announces that as of today, Friday 10 December 2021, the Vaccination Portal will be available for the arrangement of vaccination appointments with the 2nd/booster dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine against COVID-19 for the individuals who were initially vaccinated with this vaccine. Until now, citizens were able to be vaccinated with a 2nd/booster dose without an appointment at the walk-in vaccination centres. Citizens who are interested will be able to choose the Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine.
The public is informed that for technical reasons due to scheduled upgrading, the Vaccination Portal will be temporarily out of service today, from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. During this period of time, appointment arrangements will not be available.
In addition, it is noted that the scheduled upgrading will not affect the European Digital Covid Certificate EUDCC system, which will continue to operate normally.
