Both lanes on a section of the Limassol-Nicosia reopened to traffic after closing earlier on Saturday after a fault in an articulated vehicle.
Police temporarily closed off both lanes of the highway from Choirokitia exit to Skarinou.
Traffic was redirected towards the old Limassol-Nicosia highway through Choirokitia.
