Two hunting rifles and other valuables were stolen from a home in Livadhia in the Larnaca district on Friday.
The 71 year old owner of the house reported to police that between 9.30 am and 13.30 pm on Friday, burglars had broken into his home and taken the two hunting rifles, jewellery and watches.
The house does not have CCTV but police are examining CCTV footage from nearby houses.
Larmaca CID are investigating.
