Drug police have found 100 kilos of cannabis in a rural area near Pelendri in the Limassol district.
Two men from Dromolaxia — aged 32 and 36 — are under arrest and are due to appear in court to be remanded in custody.
The cannabis was discovered in three agricultural warehouses.
Reports said that the owner of the land had a permit to grow hemp. However, he is reported to have planted 120 cannabis plants.
