Cyprus is an expensive tourist destination both in terms of the price of a holiday package, as well as the room rate, however, tourists are pleased with the services that the country offers.
These are the two main conclusions of a TUI survey, as cited by commercial manager Phillip Iveson, Phileleftheros reports.
Iveson said Cyprus is on average 11% more expensive for holiday packages and 18% more expensive for accommodation costs.
However it ranks high in the Customer Satisfaction Index above countries like Italy, Spain, Greece, and Croatia and only slightly below Egypt and Turkey.
