The Health Ministry reported on Friday three deaths from COVID, 2,192 new cases and 242 hospitalisations.
Total deaths rose to 703, total cases are now 232,161 and the positivity rate stands at 2.06%.
A total of 106,444 tests were carried out today (rapid and PCR).
Of the 703 deaths 442 are male (62.9%) and 261 female (37.1%) and the median age is 76 years.
The Ministry said that 84 patients are in serious condition or in an ACU of whom 33 are intubated, five are in ICU and 46 in ACUs.
