Three international companies have submitted bids to construct a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Vassiliko, Limassol, philenews reported on Friday.
It said that the Natural Gas Public Company (DEFA) CYGAS, received offers from Samsung, China Petroleum and the Italian Snam S.p.A, a former subsidiary of Eni.
According to philenews, the gas terminal will include facilities for producing electricity and a floating storage and regasification unit.
