Three streets in Nicosia have the highest rents, according to study of “Danos & Associates”; Makariou, Ledras and Stasikratous.
According to the study, in Makariou Street the rental per store, is €10 to €60 per square meter. In Stasikratous Street the rental per store, is €15 to €40 per square meter, while in Ledras it is €20 to €70 per square meter.
It is important to mention that although many of the stores in Makariou Street remain closed for a long time, the rent-rates remain high.
