The Indian Delta variant is now totally prevalent in Cyprus following the latest sequencing results on samples of covid positive people, sent to a specialised laboratory abroad through a relevant ECDC programme.
Out of 74 covid positive samples, all of them were traced to the India delta variant. They were taken from all district, with sample dates from July 5th to 18th.
