Strovolos Municipality has for the second consecutive year handed half the money collected from fines for parking in spots reserved for the diabled to the Paraplegics Association.
In announcement, the municipality said that a total of €2082.50 was given to the association to support its work.
“The aim of this initiative is to make clear that people with disabilities should be respected and supported,” the municipality said.
