Road update

The Paphos-Limassol highway from Pissouri to Avidmou exit remains closed because of mudslides and traffic is being diverted via the old Paphos-Limassol road.

In Paphos because of flooded streams, rock slides and problems with the road surface the following roads remain closed:

  • Ayios Nicolaos-Pera Vasa at Tselefos Bridge
  • Kelokedara-Amargeti- Nata at Ziripilli Bridge
  • Salamiou-Galataria, Panagia tou Sindi Bridge
  • Ayios Nicolaos- Mandria
  • Episkopi-Nata

The Ayios Nicolaos-Kaminaria and the Kelokedara-Filousa roads are open but dangerous because of rockslides.

The Paramythia-Gerasa road in Limassol district is also dangerous.

In the Troodos area all roads are open by slippery and drivers are urged to be careful.

Updates on road conditions are available on the police app, their social media pages and website www.cypruspolicenews.com .
