Seven rescue flights for Thomas Cook customers today

The repatriation of Thomas Cook customers from Cyprus to their countries is continuing following the collapse of the tourism giant, the Cyprus News Agency reports.

It said that yesterday three flights left from Paphos Airport to Manchester, London Gatwick and East Midlands. These were carried out by Ryanair, easyJet and Titan Airways.

Six flights of Thomas Cook Scandinavia which were cancelled on September 23 were rescheduled and were carried out last night and early this morning to Gothenburg, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Billund, Stockholm and Malme.

Five flights were carried out by Thomas Cook Scandinavia and one by Finnair.

Seven repatriation flights are scheduled today for Thomas Cook UK passengers from Larnaca Airport to Newcastle, Gatwick, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Belfast and Bristol and one from Paphos to Manchester.
