SBA police arrested two Greek-Cypriot men in Episkopi, this morning after it found weapons and a number of explosives in their car.
According to CNA, the vehicle was being watched by officers of the Republic of Cyprus, who informed SBA authorities as soon as the car entered SBA-controlled territory.
SBA patrol cars stopped the vehicle with the two men and after searching it they found the weapons and explosives inside.
The men were arrested and led for interviewing.
One of them is known to the Republic of Cyprus police for his involvement in previous cases.
