The First Responders Centre at Pournara has activated its safe zone for asylum seekers and refugee minors, according to a European Asylum Agency Twitter upload.
18 unaccompanied girls from Somalia were transferred to the new facilities yesterday, with 17 others expected in the next few days.
The facilities were built and set up by the European Asylum Agency.
