Authorities will be issuing fines those not wearing masks at an anti-mask protest yesterday afternoon outside the Presidential Palace.
In a twitter upload, police said that it will be sorting through photographic material and identifying citizens.
They will be fined in accordance to the relevant anti-covid protocols.
