Larnaca police are looking for a man who robbed a shop assistant at knife point at 9.45 am on Sunday.
The Cyprus News Agency said that a hooded man had entered a kiosk in the Pyla area, threatened the employee and made off with the money in the till — about 1000 euro.
The man is described as slightly build, 1.75 to 1.80 metres tall. He was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket.
Oroklini police are investigating.
