Police arrested a 24 year old man on Sunday to facilitate investigations in a case of attempted murder that took place in Limassol on November 2, 2017.
Police said that they found the man, without any documents on him, during a raid in Limassol on Sunday morning.
After investigation, they found that he has been residing illegally in the Republic.
They also received testimony linking the man to a murder attempt.
According to Phileleftheros, around 8 pm on November 2, 2017 police found two men injured in Molos.
The men were transferred to Limassol General Hospital, where they said that they had been attacked with knives.
This Sunday, authorities received testimony linking the man to the crime.
Police are continuing investigations.
